During the Bidding Phase we will provide all documents necessary to obtain the best competitive bids. After construction starts on your project TWDD can provide Contract Administration Services to insure that your building project is finished according to the highest quality standards and in conformance with the construction documents.

Town West Design Development, Inc. does all of your construction documents on the latest state of the art CAD computer equipment. Our ability to do three dimensional animations, as well as superior graphics design, sets us apart. We have developed a library file of proven details which enables us to prepare more thoroughly documented plans in less time, at a more competitive fee. Our use of MASTERSPEC computerized specification system and our own cost estimating program enables us to control and accurately predict project costs.
