Town West Design and Development, Inc. has a B-1 General Construction license (ROC #182630). This license under the Arizona Registrar of Contractors enables TWDD to perform construction on any size or type of building construction in Arizona limited only by current bonding capacity. By maintaining a dedicated staff of construction supervisors and using quality subcontractors, TWDD is able to effectively manage demanding projects, schedules, and budgets with the highest integrity.

We have provided construction services for a wide variety of building projects ranging from a Tenant Interior (T.I.) improvement project as simple as moving a wall, to remodeling the interior of medical offices, completely updating the exterior large shopping centers, constructing a new bank or office park, building mutlti-story residential condominiums, to a large state-of-the-art medical facility center comprised of several structures.
