Jim Horvath, President
Jim attended the University of Arizona and has been an Arizona resident since 1975. He has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona since 1978. Jim has been an active member in the community as a founder of the Southern Arizona Make-a-Wish Foundation Fund Raising Committee and a member of the Young Arizonans Charting a Healthier Tucson. He has served on several Citizens advisory committees for road construction projects in Pima County, AZ. He has also participated in youth athletic programs as a coach and manager for twelve years. Mr. Horvath is a Past-President and Board Member of the Salpointe High School Education Foundation. an active member of the Tucson City Water Department Citizens Advisory Board, a Board Member of the Ballet Arts Foundation and a Director and Founding Board Member of the Commerce Bank of Arizona.

Raul Reyes, Vice President, Principal Architect
A graduate of the University of Arizona, where he was an American Institute of Architects National Scholar. Raul has over twenty five years experience as an architect; including eighteen years as owner and Principal Architect of Arcos Architecture and Planning, prior to joining Town West Design Development, Inc. in 2001. Raul is also the Qualifying Party for the construction licenses held by Town West Design Development, Inc. A recipient of numerous design awards throughout his career, notable awards include the National NAHB Silver Award for Senior Housing in 2001, First Place Sterling Award for Northwest Cancer Center in 1994, and Design Competition Award for Pima County Medical Center in 1989.

Ron Boros, Vice President
Ron is the Vice President and Controller at Town West Realty, Inc., joining the company in 1995. As a certified public accountant, Ron is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jodi A. Bain, Vice President, General Legal Counsel
Jodi Bain is Vice President and General Counsel for Town West Design Development, Inc. and its affiliates. Ms. Bain joined our team in 2005 after returning to the United States. Ms. Bain holds a M.A. in International Economic Affairs from George Washington University, a J.D. Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and a LL.M from Universidad Carlos III De Madrid, Spain. Ms. Bain has previous work experience with various Fortune 500 companies here and abroad and speaks Spanish.

Patrick Wagner, Secretary and Treasurer
Patrick is the Secretary and Treasurer at Town West. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he has been a resident of Tucson since 2002. Patrick earned his Bachelors degree in accounting from Cleveland State University, and he proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. Patrick lives with his wife and enjoys the weekends spending time with his grandchildren
