Town West Design Development, Inc. was founded in 2001 to provide architectural design development and building construction services. TWD & D provides full professional services for Project Development including: land acquisition, rezoning, feasibility studies, financing, condominium conversions, architectural design and planning, and building construction. Town West Design and Development concentrates on build to suite for lease or sale projects including office, retail and specialty medical uses.

Town West Realty, Inc. established in 1980 continues to provide real estate investment, development and commercial leasing brokerage services. Currently Town West and its affiliate companies own, operate and manage a real estate portfolio in excess of $200 million dollars consisting of retail, office, multi family residential and future development properties.

TWR II was formed in 1994 to provide asset and property management services for completed projects.
